A Clear and Fair Return Process

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
To request a return, email service@xkdhr.com before sending anything back. Include your order number, item name, reason for return, and photos or video when relevant. Approved requests will receive return instructions. Do not send returns to the business registration address unless instructed.
For preference-based returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, CALYVESSA™ will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution without charging the customer for related return shipping.
After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Banks and payment providers may require additional time.
